Terms of Use

Effective 26 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and JustCode ApS, a company registered in Denmark ("JustCode", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Samsung TV Remote app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

Subject to these Terms, JustCode grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and free trial

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App; or (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Third-party trademarks and no affiliation

Samsung TV Remote is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung Electronics. "Samsung" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used in the App and on this site for descriptive and interoperability purposes only.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party trademarks), is owned by JustCode ApS and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be compatible with every television model, firmware version, or network configuration.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustCode ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Denmark shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and publish the updated version at this address. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
